Hobart Town Gazzette Tues Sep 2 1851 page 722-723.

It is herby notified that his excellency the Lieutenant Governor has received a despatch from the right honourable the secretary of state,conveying her Majestys approval of Pardons being granted to the undermentioned .Upon condition that they shall not return to or be found within the countries in which they were severally convicted,or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland,during the remaining term of their sentences of Transportation.
